2. Product Authenticity & Nature

Handcrafted Variation: Every IRONDEEP Wooden Press is crafted from solid, natural wood. Because wood is a biological material, slight variations in grain pattern, color, and texture are natural and not considered defects.

Food Safety: Our presses are 100% Lacquer-Free and polished through friction. It is the user’s responsibility to maintain the wood (e.g., occasional seasoning with food-grade oil) to ensure longevity.

3. International Shipping & Customs

Global Delivery: We offer international shipping.

Import Duties: Please note that for international orders, import duties, taxes, and customs charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. We recommend checking with your country's customs office prior to purchase.

Delivery Estimates: While we strive for timely delivery, IRONDEEP is not responsible for delays caused by international customs processing or local postal services.

4. Return and Refund Policy

7-Day Window: We accept return requests only within 7 days of the delivery date.

Damage Only: Returns are strictly limited to products that arrive damaged or defective during transit.

Process: To initiate a return, you must provide photographic or video evidence of the damage upon unboxing.

Exclusions: We do not offer returns or exchanges for "change of mind" or slight natural variations in the wood grain.

5. No Warranty

"As-Is" Sale: The IRONDEEP Wooden Press is sold without any express or implied warranties regarding its lifespan or performance over time.

Proper Use: We are not liable for damage caused by improper storage (e.g., soaking in water, exposure to extreme heat) or misuse of the leverage mechanism.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, IRONDEEP shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (including, but not limited to, kitchen accidents or injuries) arising from the use of our product. Our maximum liability is limited to the purchase price of the product.

7. Intellectual Property

All website content, including product designs, technical diagrams (such as the "Kinetic Arc" or "Diagnostic Matrix"), and the IRONDEEP trademark, are the exclusive property of IRONDEEP. Unauthorized reproduction is prohibited.

8. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms or the use of our website shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Balotra, Rajasthan.
